Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Windsor Vibes you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Windsor Vibes. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information — fake profiles are prohibited
• One account per person — no duplicate accounts
• You may not transfer your account to another person

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or create fake profiles
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Solicit money or engage in commercial activity without our written consent
• Share another user's private information without their consent
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Content You Post

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Windsor Vibes a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content within the app. We do not sell your content to third parties.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

6. Premium Features (Vibe+)

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Canadian dollars. All sales are final — no refunds except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Windsor Vibes is provided "as is." We are not responsible for the actions of other users, including meetings arranged through the app. Always meet in public places and prioritise your safety.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Windsor, Ontario.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you via the app for significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
